Intrigued by ChatGPT, a large language model (LLM) developed by OpenAI, I tried to create a product roadmap, user journey, and PR/FAQ document. The Product Roadmap outlined the key features and functionality of ChatGPT. The User Journey mapped out the steps that users would take to interact with the product. The PR/FAQ document answered common questions about ChatGPT.
